200ml fresh lemon juice
500g granulated sugar

To make the Drink (produces 850ml, serving 10)

Directions

For the Syrup: Put the listed components in a saucepan, bring to a gentle boil, agitating until the sugar dissolves. Next, remove from the stove and let it to cool entirely. Pour into a clean bottle, cap it keeping it in the refrigerator, where it will keep for about four weeks.

To make Cocktail Base: Combine the specified liquid ingredients into one sizeable container, leave to sit for one hour, then strain preferably using a fine cloth, so it's completely strained.

When ready to serve: Measure 85ml of your premix to a cocktail shaker packed with ice, and agitate carefully for one minute to cool it down. Pour to a cold coupe glass or a similar vessel, decorate with the cranberries and finish using a quick spritz of the essential oil over the drink.
